Linda Croyle, M.Ed.

Senior Consultant

Linda Croyle’s goal as a consultant, trainer, and professional speaker, is to share transformational communication practices to promote team and personal development, improve diversity & equity outcomes, and foster workplace wellness.

With a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from St. Lawrence University, as well as years of study on the neuro-emotional role of the brain, Linda is especially well versed in the connectedness between our thoughts and beliefs and how they impact our everyday interactions and ultimately direct our lives.

 Linda has over 30 years of professional experience, 20 of those years spent at UCSB as a Senior Administrator in Housing. Her mission has always been to learn and grow to become the best version of herself, and to help others do the same. 

Linda also serves as adjunct faculty for Santa Barbara City College's School of Extended Learning. Her duties include consulting, curriculum development, teaching a wide range of professional skills to the greater Santa Barbara community, including those currently incarcerated at the Santa Barbara County Jail, as well as developing unique programs and commissioned trainings for groups, teams, and organizations.

 Linda has her own consulting practice - Croyle Consulting - which brings a values-based approach to organizational management and development. She is a former founding partner of The Dialogue Consultants, a diversity and inclusion consulting group. She has also served as faculty for the Just Communities’ Institute for Educational Equity, training public school educators on critical skills for building inclusive environments.
